Each of these four inventions, in every aspect, benefited human existence. Maybe not the Iron Man suit. The Organ Printer has already guaranteed a spot as a lifesaving advancement. Is it unrealistically expensive? Yes. Is anyone gonna buy an Organ Printer for the jolly fun of it? No. Every advancement we've made, any tech devices has benefited society. Even something as ridiculous as the Google Glasses.
Will this advancement put commoners under unemployment? No. Who's going to make the 3D Printing Machines? The rapid advancement is building up competition between friend and foe. It's up to you if you're willing to contribute your blessed mind into the development of planet Earth.
